The Manager – Business Development at RGS is an individual who actively generates leads for new business and arranges meetings with prospects. This individual is expected to be motivated and result oriented individual with good connections in the industry and proven track record. Opportunity for moving to full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

The following key responsibilities supplement the description provided above:

  • Generate leads for new business.
  • Identify and prioritize targets for revenue generation.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline, demonstrating meaningful progressions towards deals.
  • Assist in Trade shows and Marketing Activities, as required.
  • Coordinate webinars, round tables and other events.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2-5 years of professional services experience, of which minimum 1 year should be in a professional services firm providing Internal Audit services or services related to Financial Crimes, Regulatory Compliance, Technology Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Model Validations and Other Consultancy services (ERM, policy and procedures, training, business process reengineering, project management, etc.) provided by RGS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting or related field.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
